By purchasing, Client agrees to the following: Consultant and Company are not an employee, manager, public relations or business manager, financial analyst, or certified accountant to Client. Client understands that unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, Consultant and Company have not, will not, and shall not be obligated to: (1) procure or attempt to procure bookings or employment or bookings or sales for Client; (2) Perform any business management functions including, but not limited to, accounting, marketing, design, web development, etc.; (3) act as a public relations manager; (4) act as a publicist or procure any publicity, interviews, write-ups, features, television, print, or digital media exposure for Client; (5) introduce Client to Consultants full network of contacts, media partners, or business partners.
Every effort has been made to accurately represent this product and it's potential. There is no guarantee that Client will make financial revenue. Earning potential is entirely dependent on the Client using this program, ideas, and techniques. Consultant does not position this product as a "get rich quick" scheme. Clients level of success depends on the time they devote to the program, implementation of tools, ideas, techniques, and education, your finances, individual skills, and knowledge.
Client agrees that Consultant and Company's program is copyrighted and original materials obtained have have been provided to Client's individual use only. Client is not authorized to use any of Consultants intellectual property for Clients business purposes. All intellectual property, including Consultants copyrighted program and/or course materials, shall remain the sole property of the Consultant. No license to sell or distribute Consultants materials is granted or implied. By purchasing this program, Client agrees not to infringe any copyright, trademark, replicate or other intellectual property rights. Client and Consultant both agree not to disclose any information discussed in the private verbally or in writing with any third party. Both parties will keep confidential information in strictest confidence and shall use best efforts to protect it against disclosure, misuse, espionage, loss, and theft. Client agrees to to violate the Consultants and Company's publicity or privacy rights.
No refunds will be given once product has been purchased.
The aforementioned program is created for educational purposes only. Client accepts and agrees that they are 100% responsible for their progress and results from this program. Consultant makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees verbally or in writing.
Client shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Company, Consultant, Company's officers, employers, employees, contractors, related entities from and against any and all liabilities and expense whatsoever, including with limitation, claims, damages, judgements, awards, settlements, investigations, costs, and attorney fees, which any of them may incur or become obligated to pay arising out of or resulting from the offering for sale, the sale, and/or use of the product(s), excluding, however, any such expenses and liabilities which may result from a breach of this agreement or sole negligence or willful misconduct by Company, or any of tis shareholders, trustees, affiliates, or successors.
Client must book bonus 30-minute 1:1 call with Consultant within 6 months from the purchase date. Client must request website audit from Consultant or Company within 6 months from the purchase date.
